About Me:
I’m a 22 23 year old from Charlotte, North Carolina, just looking for the best way to a healthy mind, body and spirit. I do eat meat, but I like a lot of vegan fare as well. I like fresh organic produce and love trying new recipes, so feel free to send any my way. I also have been a diet junkie (in the past!) and do enjoy trying different eating/diet styles and blogging the results.

Wow–you have 4 sisters. I am one of 6 kids but we are split evenly 3 girls and 3 boys. How does your dad handle all that estrogen?
And the fact you all obviously got great genes must make him proud!

I would also loveeee to run a marathon, and may do just that next May- though I haven’t decided yet! I’m just not sure whether I’d be able to fundraise enough money to get a charity spot in the boston marathon. Good luck on yours though!

Funnily enough, we all are. Well we are ‘enhanced’ blondes, but we are all a version of blonde naturally. Mom didn’t get one brunette until the very end!
When you got your hair cut like that, how did you ask the hair dresser to do it? I absolutely love it and I think that is the exact style I want when I cut my hair after our wedding!

Loved meeting you, Meredith, and Linden today! I was freaking out a bit b/c Mandy cancelled last minute, and I didn’t even have your phone number to tell you I was running late. I was thinking on my way there, this could be totally awkward, but NOT AT ALL. Oh my gosh, I had the best time, and felt like we were all old friends.
